Our shipping service is via Royal Mail. 1st and 2nd class service is used to provide you with fast shipping. Estimated 2nd class delivery time within the UK may take approximately 3-5 business days. 1st class delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days. We currently do not ship overseas, we apologise for any inconveniences. Once you have ordered from us you, will receive an email confirming your order and another informing you when your order has been processed. Processing and dispatch may take approximately 1-2 business days. Tracking is not provided at the moment, you will have to bare with us.
If there is ANY issue with your order do not hesitate to email N.Qcosmetix@mail.com we will be happy to send a replacement however, appropriate evidence will need to be given in order for that to occur.
